City Officials and Residents Begin Process of Establishing Watertown’s First Human Rights Commission


WATERTOWN – The City Council’s Subcommittee on Rules & ordinances met on Tuesday, February 7th to begin discussions with the public about establishing a Human Rights Commission. The establishment of an HRC was one of about two-dozen changes made to the Home Rule Charter that took effect in 2022.
