Inside Watertown’s New Net-Zero High School (Opening April 2026)
WATERTOWN – Watertown’s new state-of-the-art high school is nearing completion and is designed with the future in mind.
Highlights include a four-story atrium, flexible academic spaces for more than 720 students, a two-story media center, modern science labs, a 480-seat auditorium, and a double gym with seating for 850 and an eighth-mile track.
The building is designed to meet LEED Platinum and Net Zero Energy standards, powered by geothermal, solar and battery storage systems. A digital Hall of Fame will also honor past generations of Watertown Raiders.
The school is expected to open in April 2026.
