ACCESSIBILITY

WCA-TV’s facility is ADA accessible via two entrances: one off of the Marshall St. Parking lot in between the Senior Center and Phillips Administration Building that enters onto the first floor, and a ramped entrance off of Spring St. Both the Spring St. parking lot and the Marshall St. parking lot have accessible parking spaces. Our facility is all on one level, with ADA accessible doorways. The television studio includes a collapsible ramp that can be set up to make the set wheelchair accessible and our Media Suite has wheelchair accessible counters.

Service Animals

Trained service animals are allowed in all spaces. Please inform us ahead of visiting, if possible, so we can make any appropriate adjustments. Other pets are not allowed access.

Workshops

Our core workshops can be adjusted to accommodate most needs. Please reach out to us directly prior to the workshop to discuss how we can best accommodate.

Programming

All government meetings that we cover, both live and on demand, include closed captioning as well as our News program and live community events. As we work to expand our closed captioning coverage, if there is a specific program you would like captioned, please reach out to us directly and we will work to provide captioning.
