Will my graphic/video be on TV?
Yes! Your graphic/video will run on our PEG channels (Comcast 8/9/22, RCN 3/13/15) and online (wcatv.org).
What is a bulletin board?
Our bulletin board runs in between programming and plays notices of upcoming events, Public Service Announcements, program schedules, and more.
What’s a Public Service Announcement (PSA)?
A PSA is a message designed to raise awareness of or promote a cause. Here are some examples:
How many times will my graphic/video run?
Our bulletin board plays about 15 times per day across all channels. This can vary depending on the day and the number of live events we have going on.
What days and times are the channels most viewed?
Our viewership tends to trend upwards before and during broadcast of live events, which typically occur in the evenings, Monday through Thursday.
Do I need to write a script for my video?
Yes, we highly recommend you have a script ready ahead of time.
Can WCA-TV film a video for me?
A video filmed by WCA-TV is included with the signature sponsorship only. This includes a pre-production meeting to discuss ideas, one hour of film time, and editing. You will also get a copy of the video to use on your own platforms.
What is sports underwriting?
Sports underwriting means that details about your business will be read verbally either live or pre recorded during one of our sports broadcasts.
Do I need to write a script for sports underwriting?
Yes, we highly recommend you send us a script for what you would like to be read.
Once I submit payment, how soon will my graphic/video run?
Once we receive payment, your graphic/video will run within the next 48 hours.
Can I upgrade my tier after six months?
Yes, you can upgrade your tier after six months. If you signed up for a 6-month plan and choose to renew it annually, you'll only need to pay the remaining balance to complete your upgrade. If you decide to renew again the next year, you will pay the annual rate.
What payment methods do you accept?

Is my payment refundable?
All payments are non-refundable, with the exception of sports underwriting add-ons, for which we will offer refunds if teams do not make the playoffs.
Can I set up automatic renewal?
No, but you will receive an email to renew a month before your expiration.
