Watertown – The Massachusetts primary election is fast approaching, with a spotlight on the Governor’s Council race. This often-overlooked body plays a crucial role in approving judicial appointments, pardons, and commutations. In district 3, which represents Watertown, incumbent of 25 years Marilyn Devaney will be running against public defender Mara Dolan.
