Raiders Report | Girls Lacrosse Wins OT Thriller, Baseball Grinds Out Pair of One-Run Victories

WATERTOWN – The Watertown High School girls lacrosse team (6-7) celebrated senior night in style this week with a thrilling 14-13 overtime win against Waltham. Raiders junior Molly Driscoll netted the game-winning goal.

On the Victory Field diamond, the Raiders baseball team (8-7) earned two hard fought, one-run wins this week. In addition to the 3-2 victory vs. Burlington earlier in the week, the Raiders held off Wilmington 1-0 on Thursday night. Watertown’s Justin MacCormack pitched a complete game shutout and tallied 11 strikeouts.
