Watertown – The City of Watertown’s Department of Senior Services is offering a free Health & Wellness Fair to all senior citizens on Wednesday, November 15th from 12:00pm to 3:00pm at the Commander’s Mansion, located at 440 Talcott Avenue in Watertown.
