Perkins School for the Blind Unveils New Accessible Entrance

Perkins School for the Blind – The Hilton Building at the Perkins School for the Blind has never been one that had been easily accessible by the student population. Home of Perkins’ deafblind program, The Hilton Building was without ramps, a large enough elevator, or any way to look outside for students to see if their bus had arrived. That all changed this month when the Perkins School held a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of a more accessible entrance through which all students can enter.
