DCR Seeks Input From Watertown Residents Regarding Mount Auburn Corridor

*Shady Hill School – Amid rising concerns about safety and traffic congestion along what is known as the “Mount Auburn Corridor” (sections of Mount Auburn Street leading towards Fresh Pond), the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) is currently conducting a study, during which it will seek input from Watertown commuters on how to improve road conditions around this area. Here’s a look at the DCR’s recent meeting, which was held at the Shady Hill School, during which officials discussed the objectives of the study, and how they plan to use information gathered from the public to resolve issues related to the Corridor.
