Living Well in Watertown: Trees for Watertown Teen Stewardship Program

Watertown – Six Watertown High School students are spending their summer not only learning about Watertown’s wide variety of trees, but also helping to keep the community’s trees healthy. With grant support from the Watertown Community Foundation, Trees for Watertown’s Teen Tree Stewardship Program is providing the students an opportunity to learn how to care for trees, discover the many vital benefits city trees provide, and explore ways to help Watertown’s trees and to share what they learn with the Watertown community.

This segment is produced in partnership with Live Well Watertown in cooperation with the Watertown-Belmont Chamber of Commerce to highlight healthy and active businesses and organizations in the community. Learn more about Live Well Watertown by visiting their website at
