Electricity Choice Program Will Reduce Carbon Footprint, Savings Possible

WCA-TV Studio – Beginning in September, about half of Watertown’s electricity will come from renewable energy sources. Some questions remain about this initiative, such as how the electricity is supplied, what the costs will be, and how those costs compare to what residents pay now. Watertown Energy Manager Ed lewis and the town’s energy consultant Marlana Patton provide some more details about the program in this report.
