Longtime Fitness Studio Moves to East End, Becomes First “Lifestyle Studio” in Boston Area

The following press release was provided by Get Lively Health & Fitness

WATERTOWN – Long-time local health and fitness studio, Get Lively®, whose motto is, “We are on a mission to help you smile MORE” is moving to 25 Clarendon St, Watertown on April 1st where it will continue to fulfill its mission by offering its daily group fitness and personal training options, while also creating a place for the community to gather and celebrate life events and milestones.

“Our range of class and personal training options bring together lifelong gym goers with self-proclaimed ‘not gym people’ to squat, sweat, and smile together. That’s not changing with this new location – We’ll just have a bigger, brighter, and more LIVELY space to do it in,” says Owner Jan Taylor who founded Get Lively®: Health & Fitness in 2014 after a long career in higher education. “What is changing is that we’re expanding the ways our community can connect. More and more people want different, healthier ways to celebrate the milestones in their lives, so that’s what we’re delivering in Get Lively®’s new Lifestyle Studio.”

The Get Lively® team is excited to offer celebrations for active and healthy lifestyles. Some examples of private workout parties – or “Get Lively® Gatherings” – that embrace being both active and social:

-Celebrate milestone birthdays and anniversaries with your family and friends – enjoy a “sweat session” followed by a “sweet session” catered by local bakers and chefs and make new, active memories together; or,

-Get your bridal bunch together for a Bachelorette Bootcamp Brunch for an unforgettable morning filled with sweat and social time; or,

-Shake up your average networking event or corporate training by moving your bodies together before working your brains together to boost creativity and energy for your session.
