The community bulletin board is a way for local non-profits, schools, civic organizations and municipal departments to get the word out about events and other notices deemed important to Watertown cable subscribers and the community at large. It is played throughout the day in between programming on Comcast Channels 8, 9, and 10 and RCN Channels 3, 13, and 15.

Effective January 1st, WCAC will be implementing a new Bulletin Board system. There are three ways to get your message to us: you can email us a PowerPoint slide with the extension .ppt, send us an image file with the dimensions 720x540 with the extension .jpg, or email us your message, with no more then 2 paragraphs of 3-5 sentences each.
